GET WHAT’S COMING TO YOU!! CEOC provides Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) outreach and education and provides free tax preparation as an IRS certified Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site. CEOC wants low-income earners to take full advantage of the EITC but also to keep the full amount of the benefit by avoiding the use of predatory for-profit tax preparers who see EITC as a new untapped market for increased revenue. CEOC is active in supporting laws and regulations that protect everyone's access to all public benefits. CEOC is now able to file applications for MassHealth and food stamps through the Commonwealth’s Virtual Gateway.
