CEOC offers a broad range of services including information and advocacy on: tenant rights & responsibilities; eviction & homelessness prevention; housing subsidies; sanitary code enforcement & landlord tenant disputes, for public housing, Section 8 and expiring use tenants.

CEOC coordinates individual tenant and tenant associations participation in drafting and advocating for legislation to preserve & maintain affordable housing & tenant rights.
