CEOC is a participant-driven organization that operates in partnership with its Participant Work Groups, to direct agency initiatives, program planning & evaluation. Work Groups are committed to community leadership development & civic participation efforts to insure that the policy makers and elected officials hear the voices of community members in setting public policy.

Current Work Groups are:

  • Expiring Use Tenants Committee
  • Public Housing Tenants Group
  • Haitian Action Group (HAG)
