"Ethiopian Hour" Celebrated Ethiopian New Year!
Yesterday our "Ethiopian Hour" group celebrated Ethiopian New Year, or Enkutatash! It was a festive celebration filled with great food, coffee, music, and dance. The room was filled with so much joy, kinship, and cultural exchange. The holiday is celebrated with yelllow flowers (particularly daisies), traditional food, and special New Year's songs.
